Return & Refund Policy

At JBH Health Care, your satisfaction and health are our highest priorities. We want you to feel confident with every purchase you make from us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and with all safety seals and labels completely intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, receipt, or invoice must be provided with your return request.

Note: Due to the nature of health supplements, vitamins, and personal care items, opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share pictures or a short video showing the damage or incorrect product via email or WhatsApp so our team can verify and expedite your replacement or refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back via your original payment method (or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders) within 7 to 10 working days.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).

4. Exchanges

If you received an eligible item and wish to exchange it for a different product, please contact our support team. You will be responsible for covering any shipping costs associated with sending the item back and shipping out the replacement, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
